Process Recordings

The process recording is an excellent teaching device for learning and refining interviewing and intervention skills (Columbia University of Social Work). The purpose of this assignment is to help the student to improve written expression, to identify client(s) strengths and difficulties, and to develop self-awareness (Urbanowski & Dwyer, 1988).
