I need to put together a client developmental teaching plan for a client who has crohn\’s disease. I\’ve attached a document to show what it needs to look like.
There should only be one Learning Outcome which is Crohn\’s Disease. There should be 3 Learning Objectives (1. Cognitive Teaching, 2. Affective teaching, 3. Psychomotor teaching). There should be 3 Content Outlines for each learning objective and they need to be related to your learning objectives (Go with bullet points). There should be 3-5 Teaching Strategies for each learning objectives. There should be 1 Time for each learning objective and 1 Evaluation for each learning objective.
Teaching strategies can be one-to-one discussion, zoom meeting, handout, etc.
Time should be a minimum of 15 minutes (She needs 3 times)
Please see attached sample to get a better understanding of what is expected. It should look exactly like that.
References should be 3-5 in APA 7 format. (CDC can be one). They should be no older than 3-5 years.
The assignment shouldn\’t be more than 2 pages long.
