1. Choose topic below and read both articles (they are about the same case just from different sources, as reviewing more than one source will always give you greater insight than one alone).
2. Review the grading rubric to understand expectations. IMPORTANT: 100 WORD LIMIT–note the points associated with this. You may use less words without penalty, but if you use too few, you may have left out some details and incur a penalty for lack of content in the sentences. The title does not count towards this–just the two sentences and two bullets.
3. Follow the outline and format (included below) to write ONE summary about the case you choose using details from BOTH articles. You may submit as a doc, pdf, txt, or enter it directly into the text box.
EXPECTED SUBMISSION FORMAT–Industry Style Executive Summary Outline (100 word count)

The first sentence should be a summary of the key points that your audience needs to know if this is the only sentence they read. The second sentence should be the additional important points they need to know if they were to read only two sentences.

Articles to Choose From:
Articles A and B for each topic are different articles of the same case in order to give a more complete picture of what was known about that case at the time of writing. You should use details from both A & B to compose a single summary of the case in your own words–no direct quotes allowed. The outline provided on the assignment should be followed exactly with attention to summarizing the findings in 100 or less of your own words.
