A pdf file is attached with the base floor plan to be worked in and another file is attached explaining the scenario and all the specific requirements needed for the space plan design. I want to make it very clear, that for some of the requirements that are repeated, it does not mean there needs to be multiple of that type. For example, the principal\’s office is repeated three times for each department, but that does not mean three offices are required. Only one office will do. The units on the right side of the list say how many of each element is required for the building. Keep in mind, the floor plan is supposed to be very open and collaborative, so workers like the specialists do not need to be closed off, they can preferably be kept in open workstation clusters. My professor wants the space to be utilized as efficiently as possible with little to no dead spaces, but still have a floor plan design that\’s unique and innovative. I know the time is very limited but it would be great if that could be achieved.
