This semester we have recorded what you eat and then discovered what you are recommended to eat. Now it is time to summarize all that information to see the \’big picture\’, so to speak.
In a Word document, you must answer the following:
Overall, how would you describe your eating habits? What stood out to you on the day you recorded? For example, is there always one main reason you eat or the same foods are eaten each day, etc.
Do you think recording what you eat more often would have any effect on your eating habits? If so, how?
Now compare what you \”should be\” eating vs. what you do eat. What areas are you doing well on? What areas are you not doing so well on? What changes could you make to align the two more?
How much of an importance is eating nutritious foods to you? Has this assignment changed that importance in any way? If so, how? If not, why not?
