Article and Video Analysis: You will be assigned an article to review. You will also review a video that is associated with a primary theme of the article. Each cadet will apply the primary theme of the article to the video. Finally, articulate the reasonableness of the use of force portrayed in the video. There is a link to each article provided below. In other words, each student will explain:

1. Briefly summarize a primary theme from the article, and then apply that theme to the actions taken in the video. In other words, articulate how the article applies to the video.
2. Articulate the reasonableness of the use of force portrayed in the video. Is the force appropriate? Why or why not? It is suggested that you utilize the Graham v. Connor (1989) case as a guide.
All Article and Video Analysis Assignments shall be 1-2 pages (typed- and can be more than 2 pages). All submissions should have 1-inch margins on all sides with 12-point font.
The following format is recommended (see #1 and #2 above for details relating to each section):

Section 1- Summarize the article
Section 2- Apply a primary theme of the article to the assigned video
Section 3- Conclusion; articulate the reasonableness of the use of force portrayed in the video
